MEDIA RELEASE – 2021 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND PISTOL AUSTRALIA NATIONAL TEAM TOUR TO NEW ZEALAND

The Executive Committee of Pistol Australia met last night to consider the remaining 2021 National Championships and the Pistol Australia National Action Pistol, Metallic Silhouette and WA1500 Teams tour of New Zealand. A summary of the decisions taken are below:

1. 2021 Metallic Silhouette Big Bore National Championships – Inverell RSM Pistol Club, New South Wales from 17th to 19th September 2021. Championships Cancelled.

2. 2021 Action Pistol National Championships – Yarra Pistol Club, Victoria – 22nd to 24th October 2021. Proceeding at this point with a final decision to be made on 2nd October 2021.

3. 2021 ISSF National Championships – Brisbane International Shooting Centre, Queensland – 17th to 21st November 2021. Proceeding at this point with a final decision to be made closer to the event.

4. Pistol Australia Action Pistol, Metallic Silhouette and WA1500 National Team’s tour of New Zealand – 15th to 22nd November 2021. Proceeding at this point with a final decision to be made on 24th September 2021.
